Kgaogelo Sekgota, a winger for Kaizer Chiefs, has expressed his determination to regain his position in the team before the season ends.
Head coach Arthur Zwane had praised Sekgota as the star player of the team earlier in the season, as he had started in seven out of ten opening games and displayed lively performances, resulting in two assists.
Although he was called up to the senior national team due to his form, he has only started in one out of 16 games since then.
Sekgota informs the club's website that he has been working hard and receiving motivation from the technical team. He believes that everything has its moment and that he will get his chance in due course.
Despite losing a game against Sekhukhune, he believes that there is still a lot to play for, with the Nedbank Cup semi-final and several other games remaining to finish the season as high up as possible.
The team is working hard daily and is prepared for anything that comes their way.
Sekgota, who previously played in Lithuania and Portugal before returning to South Africa, has not yet scored a goal for Amakhosi in 42 games since joining from Swallows in July 2021.
